New Zealand has joined Australia in agreeing on a whole country licence for using the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA). This means everyone based in New Zealand can now use SFIA.
This is excellent news for New Zealand to help develop our digital skills pipelines.
A Whole-of-Country SFIA Licence is ideal for countries that want to address digital skills and competencies nationally. The SFIA Framework can underpin skills development, recruiting, and workforce planning initiatives with a common language recognised as having international credibility.
The Whole-of-Country SFIA Licence removes the need for individual organisations to licence SFIA separately and removes the licence fees.
